Select participants and date

Step by Step

Explore Bordeaux by bike by joining this 3-hour tour, in small groups of maximum 10 participants.

You'll cycle through one of Europe's most important wine cities on an eco-friendly tour that will allow you to take in more sights and monuments than you would on a walking tour.

You'll enjoy the essence of a destination that perches on the banks of the Garonne River on a journey to its historic centre, passing through districts such as Les Chartrons, Darwin and Saint Michel. Among the most emblematic sites you will have the opportunity to visit, the following stand out:

  • Cité du Vin: La Cité du Vin is a museum of impressive architecture dedicated to wine culture, where exhibitions and tastings of the region's wines are offered.
  • Grands Hommes: the district of choice for restaurants, haute couture shops and theatres, where locals gather for entertainment and culture.
  • Golden Triangle: The Triangle d'Or is an enclave in the heart of the city that brings together historic sites such as Place Tourny, the Grand Théâtre de Bordeaux and Place Gambetta.
  • Saint Andre Cathedral: the church of Saint Andre and its bell tower, known as the Pey-Berland tower, are a World Heritage Site and represent Bordeaux's most iconic religious monument.
  • Pont de Pierre: the Stone Bridge crosses the Garonne from side to side to connect the city. It was built in the second decade of the 1800s, during the Napoleon Bonaparte era.
  • Jardin Public: this 11-hectare natural lung full of century-old trees and streams is located right in the centre and is a must-see when in the area.
  • Grosse Cloche: Bordeaux's great bell tower conveys the essence of the city's past. It has been tolling since the 13th century and now rings on the first Sunday of every month and on special occasions.
  • Darwin: an innovative and eco-friendly place where organic and alternative consumption is promoted. Ideal for street art, food, coffee and a different way of life.

You will have the opportunity to contemplate the contrast between medieval architecture and experimental avant-garde projects that have been introduced in the city, being able to preserve its traditional nuances while still growing, developing and evolving.
