An incredible experience to immerse yourself in traditional Spanish cuisine, as paella is a Valencian dish created by peasants and shepherds between the 15th and 16th centuries in the rural areas of Valencia. They were looking for an easy-to-prepare meal with ingredients they harvested themselves at the time.

Today paella is part of the gastronomy and culture of the city and the whole of Spain.

I liked the fact that we didn't just eat paella, but also had some snacks, drank wine and talked about life. I loved it :)

I loved that we literally did the preparation from scratch. We took some implements from his own garden and he explained it to us very patiently.
